In terms and conditions, certain policies are made related to the service we provide to make a fair deal with our clients. We modify our policies as per the changes in the system and regulation so it is suggested to read polices before getting consultancy.
All the below policies is applicable under the given circumstances.
We offer unlimited editing policy on our client work until they are satisfied. Although, we cannot entertain any revision or amendment free of charge which is not instructed while placing the order or in the coursework brief before. We have charge additional if editing required extra word count to fulfil the tutor feedback. If the customer asks to change the topic or methodology after the assign delivery date due to any reason, then we are not responsible to edit these aspects without additional charges because we deliver the work as per the instruction while placing the order.
We acknowledged that sending a plagiarized content is an academic sin and it affects our client academic progress. So, we have a very strict plagiarism policy. We cross each document from the plagiarism test before sending the paper to the client to assure that the delivered paper is free from copied content from any source. The paper passes through authentic plagiarism detection software to reduce the plagiarism if the document contains.
From our side, we provide the specified deadline after understanding the task requirements and its final submission. On the given deadline we assure the order must be delivered to the client. Through CRM a unique order number for each client has generated which is provided to the client so that he/she can easily track the order by connecting with our support representative.

We have a skilled staff in quality control department that make sure the paper delivered to the customers must be free from all kind of errors. The quality assurance team double-checks the document with the brief and additional instructions provided by the client-side.
All payments made to Dr James Consultancy are made via secure payment methods. Customers must pay full payment while placing an order. All the results will be sent to our customers through email. We do not send results in hard copies. Customer should make sure that all the contact information provided is accurate.
Payment information (debit/credit cards information) is not saved nor shared with anyone. Using a stolen debit/credit card is a crime and such payments will immediately be reported to state and federal authorities.
When any of our existing or potential customer places an order for any of the services that we provide, that customer agrees to our terms and conditions. It is also notified here that we reserve the rights to change or amend the terms and conditions whenever needed without any prior notice.
